Pumpkin carving

24/10/2016

Today we carved our pumpkin for Halloween. First we all drew a face we would like on our pumpkin. We put all the drawings into a big box and we picked one out. Erin's drawing came out, so that is the face we put on our pumpkin. First Ms Hargadon made a hole in the top of the pumpkin. We then all cleaned out the inside using our hands and a spoon. Next Ms Hargadon drew the face onto the pumpkin and cut it out. A few of us got to push the eyes, nose and mouth out. We took some photos with our pumpkin and made scary Halloween faces. It was great fun.
