Dear Parents,
We hope this message finds you and your families well and healthy as we all come to terms with the challenges of the current situation.
We thank you sincerely for your patience and understanding as we all try to negotiate this difficult time. As this is an evolving situation, we will be in contact once further guidance on school closures is received.
Since the closures all pupils have been working on tasks set by their teacher and this was supplemented with activities on the website that can be carried out both online and offline.
The work that has been prescribed is a guide, engage as much as you can, we do not want any of this to be extra stress on anybody as we are aware of the challenges facing many parents at this difficult time. Not every family will be in a position to participate to the same extent in home learning activities.
Everyone's main focus should be on keeping safe and healthy at this time.
After the Easter Break we will begin on Monday 20th April with your child’s teacher recommending tasks for the week ahead, these will be found on our website under the relevant toolbar e.g. ABOUT US and relevant class group.
All members of staff will provide an email account whereby you can contact the teacher directly. This email can be used to submit work back to the teacher, teachers will assist and advise as much as possible. Should you need to contact the school, please do so.
We also wish to take this opportunity to thank all our school community who are working on the frontline. We support and appreciate them for all their work at this time.
Wishing you and your families the very best. Stay safe.
Kindest Regards,
Michelle Flanagan and Staff.
