The boys and girls of 3rd and 4th really enjoyed this challenge- have a look at these super creations!
Check out our beautiful autumn weaving. It was really relaxing weaving the wool in and out to create these beautiful trees.
Congratulations and well done to the boys and girls in 3rd Class who made their First Holy Communion on Saturday, September 12th. You were all brilliant and everyone in Scoil San Nioclás is very proud of you. Thank you to Ms Flanagan for preparing the boys and girls and to Mrs Walsh for her beautiful music and singing on the day.
Even the sun shone brightly to celebrate! The boys and girls in 3rd Class will be celebrating their First Holy Communion very soon. Here are some prayers to practice at home. It is going to be a wonderful day!
Hello 3rd and 4th Class.
Can you believe we finish up today for the summer? It has been a very strange last term, we have missed out on lots of really fun and exciting days at school, but I know you have all had fun and laughter at home too... You have learned new skills that you will keep for life-you have baked and cooked and created, you have sang, danced and boxercised... You have continued to work hard on your reading, writing, maths, Irish, history, geography, science....You have adjusted to distance learning... You have taken time to think about the special and unique person that you are... You have spent time with the people you love and made the most of an uncertain time. YOU HAVE ALL BEEN AMAZING!! I know I have said it already, but I am SO PROUD of each and every one of you. You will always remember the time we all stayed home- you are part of something the world has never experienced before. I hope you all have a happy and safe summer and that we will all be together again in September. Mind yourselves and each other and stay safe. Keep washing those hands! Mrs Duffy :) Just a reminder : All Seesaw accounts will close today at 11am. Anyone who wishes to log on and download their journal will have 60 days to do so. After this you will no longer have access to your work. Here is a photo of you all taken in September. I missed all your lovely smiles. I bet you've all grown so much! We are celebrating Active Week from Monday 15th-Friday 19th June. Below you will find some suggestions for activities to take part in over the week. They are a mix of indoor and outdoor activities. You can also add in your own. Aim to be active for at least 60 minutes everyday. Keep a record of your active time. Have fun!
Here are the answers for your revision chapters this week. I hope you all found the work ok!
